RETURNS + REFUND INFORMATION

We get that you might change your mind, or aren't always sure about how something will fit in your home, and sussing returns, refunds or exchange info is a good idea! We've been there plenty of times too, and it's no trouble at all.

Honestly, we keep it all pretty straightforward so as not to waste your time or ours, and we want you to be stoked when furrnishing your home.

CHANGE OF MIND
Heck yeah, we've got a cushy FIFTY DAY RETURN POLICY! 🤯

This means you've got nearly two months from the date your order is delivered to be absolutely certain you love your purrchase.

To be eligible, items must be unused, with tags (where applicable), in the original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Just email us at meow@furrnish.com.au, and we’ll provide return instructions and an address for you to send your items back. Please note: return shipping costs will be covered by you.

We’ll inspect all returned items, and our team will decide if they meet the quality standards for a refund. We promise to always do our best to ensure a fair process!

Depending on your bank, refunds can take up to a week after your return is received and approved.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
Need to update your delivery destination?  Email us ASAP at meow@furrnish.com.au with "URGENT ADDRESS CHANGE: Order #______" as the subject. and include your order number, full name, and updated shipping address. Heads up - we can't change addresses once your order is dispatched so please be careful at checkout!

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Need to cancel your order? We're sorry to hear, but will do our best to help you out! Make sure you email us ASAP at meow@furrnish.com.au with "URGENT CANCELLATION: Order #______" as the subject, and include your order number and full name. For packages already dispatched with the courier, please contact us to arrange a return.

INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED
Although we try to be purrfect, we're still human, and mistakes can happen. If you believe you've been sent the wrong item(s), please contact us immediately at meow@furrnish.com.au with photos or videos so we can investigate and resolve this quick-smart for you.
