ORDER CONFIRMATION
For every order purchase, two emails will be sent to your registered email address: the first being your order confirmation, and the second your tax invoice receipt. Please keep this receipt as your proof of purchase, and if you don't receive these emails, we ask you check your spam/junk folder as they can end up there!

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2-4 business days, and orders placed over the weekend will be processed beginning the following business day. However, please note that during peak periods such as Sale Promotions, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the holiday season, these processing times may extend to 7 business days. If you require faster processing and dispatch, we recommend selecting Purr-iority Processing at checkout.

PURR-IORITY PROCESSING
Need your climbing castle or litter box ASAP? We get it! Our Purr-iority Processing service zooms your order to the front of the line, and it will be dispatched within 24hrs, or the very next business day (if ordered over a weekend or public holiday). This fast-tracks processing and verification, with standard shipping times applicable once dispatched.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
At present, we deliver within Australia only, with estimated delivery time beginning at the shipment date (not order date - remember, we still have to process it!). A general guide for delivery times is below, but please note that these may vary due to unforeseen circumstances and to keep an eye on your personal tracking information for a more accurate delivery date for your order:

  • NSW, QLD, VIC & ACT: 2-8 business days
  • SA & TAS: 3-10 business days
  • NT & WA: 4-15 business days

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders are typically not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times can vary based on postal practices, your location, and the items you've ordered, and some orders may be delivered on different days, in multiple packages, or by different carriers.

We appreciate your understanding that although we do our best, during busy times and unforeseen events, shipping might experience occasional delays.

furrnish is not responsible for any incorrect shipping addresses customers provide.

If you are experiencing a delay with your delivery, please report this within 30 days of the shipping date in order for us to look into the matter for you. Please note: we will have to wait until the estimated delivery timeframe has elapsed before we can begin investigating further.

For the safety of our couriers, if you live in a property with unusual access, such as limited entryways, deliveries may be made to the base of the property (eg. a carport, driveway, or garage).

Our couriers usually default to Authority to Leave (ATL). If you prefer a human to receive your package, please specify No ATL in the Order Notes section at checkout.

TRACKING
Once your order is processed and shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking ID and link. We ask that you keep in mind couriers may not always scan packages immediately, so live tracking might not always be shown. Just purrsevere with us, it's coming!

CANCELLATIONS
Need to cancel your order? We're sorry to hear, but will do our best to help you out! Make sure you email us ASAP at meow@furrnish.com.au with "URGENT CANCELLATION: Order #______" as the subject, and include your order number and full name. For packages already dispatched with the courier, please contact us to arrange a return.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
Need to update your delivery destination?  Email us ASAP at meow@furrnish.com.au with "URGENT ADDRESS CHANGE: Order #______" as the subject. and include your order number, full name, and updated shipping address. Heads up - we can't change addresses once your order is dispatched so please be careful at checkout!

DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your delivery arrives damaged, contact us immediately at meow@furrnish.com.au with photos or videos so we can investigate and resolve this quick-smart for you.

MISSING PACKAGES
If your package seems lost, we suggest you check common hiding spots and with neighbours first. Still missing after the estimated delivery timeframe? Let us know at meow@furrnish.com.au so we can investigate with the couriers and get you your furrniture. As stated above, we ask you report delivery delays within 30 days of dispatch.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If your parcel is returned to us, we'll contact you via email, and re-delivery may have an additional cost.

MISSED DELIVERY ATTEMPT(S)
If you chose to opt out of Authority to Leave or the courier can't find a safe location, you'll receive a missed delivery slip with instructions for re-delivery or collection.

REJECTED BY RECEIVER
We know surprises are fun, but if your order is a gift, we suggest you let the recipient know something is coming to avoid parcel rejection. Re-delivery fees might apply if the parcel needs to be sent again.
